In the ‘Earth Explorer’ campaign, unveiled to showcase the new adidas by Stella McCartney outdoor collaboration, the two brands invite next-generation activist and creative role models like Ella Emhoff, Alima Lee, Yanece and Audrey Nunna to reconnect with nature.

In the world of sustainable innovation, Stella McCartney has a prominent place. And the designer is no exception to the rule when it comes to presenting a collaboration with German equipment manufacturer adidas, her long-time partner. For this new outdoor collection, designed for a journey into the wilderness, a face that has been in the spotlight for the past few months makes an appearance. The young model and activist Ella Emhoff, the beautiful daughter of US Vice President Kamala Harris, is the face of this new campaign.

“I feel a very strong connection to the environment in the sense that in order to continue as a world, we need to protect it. It’s really important that as a society we start focusing on sustainable practices that help protect the environment.” She adds, “It’s an issue that’s really easy to not face up to and let go of, but I really think that should be the reason why we fight even harder.” On the other hand, the collection is highlighted by young talents like Yanece Cotto, artist Alima Lee and R&B musician Audrey Nunna.

The collection includes recycled bras with AEROREADY breathable technology, a 100% recycled polyester wetsuit, a long puffer jacket with WIND.RDY technology to ward off the elements and a winter boot made from Parsley Ocean plastic yarn.
